The DOI Map

A single catalogue of the permanent identifiers behind the published record, so any Kronos claim can be traced to a fixed, citable deposit.

The catalogue of record

Every published Kronos paper resolves to a permanent DOI on Zenodo. This page is the map from paper to identifier. Because the deposits are fixed snapshots, a DOI is the safest way to cite a Kronos result: it will reach the exact files we published, not a page that may have moved.

The five live papers

Retired identifier

One earlier deposit, 10.5281/zenodo.21248916, has been retired in favor of the current set. It is listed here for completeness so that anyone who encountered the old identifier can find the superseding record. Retiring rather than deleting keeps the trail honest.

How to use the map

Cite the specific version DOI when you need to point at an exact snapshot; cite the concept identifier when you mean the paper as a living record. Guidance on constructing a clean citation is under metadata and citation, and the deposit mechanics are under Zenodo deposits and DOIs.

Why a map at all

Papers reference each other, and readers arrive from many directions — a preprint, a figure reused elsewhere, a citation in someone else's work. A single catalogue means none of them has to guess which deposit backs which claim, or whether an identifier they hold is current. Keeping the map complete, including the retired entry, is part of the same provenance discipline that governs the rest of the record; see version control and provenance.

All of these deposits live in the kronos_fusion_energy Zenodo community and carry the physics record only — no economics, by policy. The identifiers above are the durable address of the published program: if any Kronos claim cannot be traced to one of them, treat it as unverified.
