What Is Frozen vs Still Moving

MetroVolt’s core physics parameters are frozen for this design; the schedule, fleet details, and unresolved gates are still moving.

Two kinds of stability

Some things about MetroVolt are settled for the current design and used consistently across all Kronos materials; others are explicitly still in motion. Separating the two prevents both false precision and false uncertainty.

What is frozen

What is still moving

Frozen parameters are used exactly and not reinvented per document. Moving items are stated as targets or open questions, never as settled results.
