Genuinely dual-use isotopes

Tritium, helium-3, and 14 MeV neutrons all have legitimate civil, industrial, and research uses alongside their strategic ones. Helium-3 cools quantum processors and detects neutrons; 14 MeV neutrons qualify materials and analyze composition; tritium supports fusion fuel cycles and various instruments. Their breadth of use is real, not a cover story.
