From 3D Model to Digital Twin

A 3D model shows what a Kronos machine looks like; the digital twin adds the physics that makes it behave, turning geometry into a predictive model.

The concept

The interactive 3D model gives faithful geometry and component structure; the twin binds physics - fields, flows, fluxes and their couplings - to that geometry so the same shape can be simulated, not just viewed.

How Kronos uses it

Because Kronos's twin shares the model's geometry, design changes flow straight into physics predictions, and as-built measurements can later be reconciled against the same object.

Predictions are computed targets, not measurements; hardware validation follows first tritium (~2030).
