Lead-Lithium (PbLi)

A liquid metal that breeds tritium and can cool the blanket.

Liquid lead-lithium eutectic breeds tritium (its lithium) while its lead multiplies neutrons, and it can also carry heat. It underpins liquid-metal blanket concepts, traded against magnetohydrodynamic pumping effects.
