Legacy-design noteSome figures on this page describe Kronos's earlier single-tokamak era (e.g. a 24.42 T tokamak magnet, a 5.75 m machine, or a p–¹¹B fuel endpoint) and are superseded. The current design is two machines — the HYPERION breeder and the tandem-mirror burner. See the two-machine architecture and the Kronos magnet systems.

The films predate the 24 July 2026 Mode-D re-ratification; design figures quoted in them (including the 24.6 T title of Film 06, the Mode-C-era stress basis) are the labeled historical record — current operating claims cite the frozen Mode-D basis (24.42 T peak, 1.22 GW, 486 MWe).
