How much electricity does one MetroVolt produce?

Why this number
Net power scales with mirror length

MetroVolt is the long form of the Kronos burner. Because a tandem mirror's gain and cleanliness are set by plasma conditions but its total power scales with how long the central cell is, output is essentially a length choice. At the frozen Mode M closing point, a ~1400 m MetroVolt produces about 13.7 GW of fusion power and delivers roughly +2832 MWe net to the grid.

Honest statusThis is a conceptual design point. It is requirement-class — it depends on the plug-density requirement, which is not yet demonstrated — and the commercial fleet is gated on future helium-3 supply.
