Kronos treats fusion as an engineering and commercialization problem — de-risked with discipline, built in the open, and grounded in products that have value on the way to net power.
Kronos is a family-owned, founder-led company — funded family-first to date and built for the long horizon that fusion demands, aligned with the mission rather than a timeline to flip. Scientific rigor runs in the family: the founder’s granduncle, P. K. Iyengar, was one of India’s foremost neutron physicists. We are now opening, selectively, to aligned investors and to offtake and debt partners who share that long view — while the family retains stewardship of the mission.
The breeder makes tritium, helium-3, and 14 MeV neutrons — products a fusion and isotope economy needs before anyone reaches net-electric power.
A simulation-first program de-risks the physics and engineering on paper before capital is committed to steel.
Build the machine that makes the fuel first, so a supply exists before the power plant needs it.
Published papers, open data, and the hardest gates stated plainly — credibility built in the open.
Kronos is a design-and-simulation-stage company. Both machines — the breeder (Hyperion) and the burner (Aegis / MetroVolt) — are engineered and validated digitally today; neither is built, and Kronos makes no net-power claim before its first-of-a-kind unit. We publish the open gates as plainly as the wins, because a program that names what is not yet solved is the one worth backing.
Read the approach, the milestones, the team, and the open publications and honest gates.
Kronos remains family-owned; serious inquiries are welcome from aligned, long-horizon investors and offtake / debt partners.
This page is informational and is not an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, and contains no financial terms. Any securities offering would be made only to qualified investors through definitive offering documents. Forward-looking statements reflect current design-and-simulation intent; the machines are not yet built and outcomes are not guaranteed.
