A structured claims-to-evidence safety argument, and a tamper-evident record of every decision.
The AI-Native S.M.A.R.T. Generator Master Blueprint — eight layers (L0→L7), one control stack, wired to both machines. Telemetry rises in microseconds; control descends the same path.

What it is
A Goal-Structuring-Notation (GSN) assurance case decomposes the top claim — "the AI-controlled plant is safe" — into sub-claims, arguments, and evidence: the artifact a regulator reviews. It is paired with a cryptographically signed, hash-chained (append-only) log of every automated decision.
The method
A living GSN assurance case, plus a Merkle / hash-chained decision ledger with signatures, so the operational record is provably unaltered.
Why it matters
It makes the safety argument explicit and the record incorruptible — auditable by construction, at the standard nuclear regulators expect. Plugs into L7 (governance) and L2 (the ledger).
