Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of advanced simulations for plasma behavior, energy conversion, and system performance in fusion reactors.
Collaborate with physicists, engineers, and machine learning experts to integrate simulations into the design process.
Optimize simulation models for accuracy, performance, and scalability.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior simulation engineers.
Qualifications:
PhD in physics, engineering, or a related field; extensive experience may substitute for a degree.
7+ years of experience in developing simulations for energy systems or related fields.
Proficiency in simulation software and programming languages such as Python, C++, or MATLAB.
Strong leadership skills and experience in managing complex simulation projects.
