Marc Strecker serves as the Chief Legal Officer of Kronos Fusion Energy, bringing over 33 years of experience as a business attorney to the company. His expertise covers complex business litigation, business contracts, corporate formation and transactions, real estate, employment, trademark infringement, unfair competition, and international business and legal issues.
Marc graduated with honors from the University of Chicago in 1985 and went on to obtain his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan School of Law in 1988. Throughout his career, his practice has spanned general corporate and business transactions, civil litigation, business litigation and arbitration, employment litigation, contract disputes, class actions, real estate transactions and litigation, insurance litigation, fraud, and other business torts.
Additionally, Marc has experience with partnership and LLC dissolution, trademark infringement, unfair competition litigation, construction litigation, and international business litigation.Having served as lead trial counsel in multiple trials and arbitrations, Marc has also been a testifying expert witness on employment law in wrongful termination litigation. His extensive legal background includes practicing before state and federal courts and agencies, as well as experience in both trial courts and appellate courts.
